The Brownson Country Club pool facilities offer something for everyone, including a 50 meter swimming pool, a diving area, and a kiddie pool. Certified lifeguards are on duty throughout the season from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. The pool also offers casual dining and refreshments in the newly renovated Cabana. Our pool facilities are available to members and their guests. Private swimming and diving instruction as well as group lessons are available to adults and children of all levels. The Brownson Barracuda's Swim and Dive Team practices daily during the summer and competes in weekly meets.  

Pool Dress Code

All members and guests shall wear respectable bathing attire. Only swimsuits are to be worn in the pool. Jeans or cutoff jeans are not permitted. The Brownson Country Club Dress code is in effect at all times, bathing attire is restricted to the lower area immediately surrounding the pool and the wearing of bathing suits in the clubhouse or on the deck is not permitted without proper cover. Golf shoes are not permitted in the pool area. It is against CT. law to enter the Clubhouse barefooted.
